Experienced Leadership
Our founders built institutional real estate platforms and top-tier national lenders from scratch. Now, we’re channeling that expertise into a standout experience for our clients.
CEO
With 30 years of experience as a both a builder and lender, Eric has previously led the establishment and expansion of several billion-dollar national private lenders. He has directly spearheaded over 1,000 residential transactions and secured over $1 billion of private debt. He is committed to building and maintaining thoughtful partnerships with expert builders and investors.
Chairman
Mr. Hollihan previously co-founded and ran several institutional real estate platforms. He has deep experience as a principal investor across asset classes, market cycles and geographies. Mr. Hollihan has been involved as an investor in multifamily, affordable residential and student housing platforms.
Board Member
Mr. Hurst is the founder and managing partner of a national real estate fund manager that has invested over $2 billion across asset classes on behalf of institutional investors since inception in 2007. Mr. Hurst is highly experienced in both single family and multifamily development and repositioning at scale.
